We are doing this study to see if an experimental drug called RMC-6236 (the study drug) is a safe and effective option for treating colorectal or pancreatic cancer when it is combined with different chemotherapy drugs.
We are doing this study to compare 2 different procedures for treating cervical cancer and find out which approach has the best outcomes for patients. The two procedures that we will compare are open surgery with a single large incision (laparotomy) and robotic assisted laparoscopy (small incision surgery). We do not know which option is preferable in most cases, and we hope this study can help us find out which procedure is the better choice for patients.
We are doing this study to find out if an investigational drug called belumosudil (the study drug) is an option for the treatment of chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD). The study drug is taken by mouth.
We are doing this study to find out how effective an experimental drug called rocatinlimab (the study drug) is for people who have moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. This study is a continuation of 2 previous clinical trials we conducted for this same study drug: the ROCKET-Horizon and the ROCKET-Astro clinical trials.
We are doing this study to find out if an experimental drug called rocatinlimab (the study drug) is a safe and effective option for adolescents with atopic dermatitis (eczema).
We are doing this study to understand how sex hormones (chemicals that tell cells and body parts to do certain things), such as estrogens and androgens, impact skin diseases like hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). To better understand this, we are enrolling both people who have diagnosed skin diseases and healthy volunteers who have no skin issues.
We are doing this study to determine the effect of single vs multiple arterial revascularization (this is the restoration of blood flow to an organ) for female patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG).
We are doing this study to find out if an investigational drug called OBI-3424 is a safe and effective option for patients with leukemia or lymphoma.
