We are doing this study to find out if 2 different experimental drug combinations can improve outcomes for people who are newly diagnosed with AML. We want to compare the outcomes from the standard treatment (cytarabine + daunorubicin) to the following experimental regimens:

• Venetoclax + cytarabine + daunorubicin
• Venetoclax + azacitidine

We are doing this study to compare different experimental drug regimens to the usual treatment (cytarabine and daunorubicin) for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). We want to find out which options have the best outcomes. The different drug combinations we will be testing against the usual treatment are:

• daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome
• cytarabine and daunorubicin with venetoclax
• azacitidine and venetoclax
• daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome with venetoclax

We are doing this study to see if blood and bone marrow samples can be tested in a timely manner that allows for the detection of certain markers that could guide cancer treatment.

We created the Registry for Brain Health to help you improve your brain health and get involved in research studies. The number of people in North Carolina affected by memory disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, is going up. To change that, we must work together, stay informed, and get involved. We are enrolling both people who have memory problems and people who are healthy and do not have memory problems.

We are doing this study to find out if an investigational called Daromun (the study drug) is a safe and effective treatment for melanoma. We want to know if treating people with the drug before surgery to remove tumors can lower the chance of cancer recurrence.

We are doing this study to find out if combining psychological skills and a procedure called neurostimulation during one clinic session can help reduce negative emotions and problems with dealing with emotions in both a laboratory setting and in a person's everyday life.

In this study, participants will use eye drops in one eye six times each day for eight weeks. The eye drops will contain either the study medicine called cenegermin or a liquid with no medicine. Participants will write down each time they use the eye drops in a study diary. After the first eight weeks, the doctor will decide which group each person will be in for the next part of the study. During this next period, participants will continue using eye drops for another eight weeks. After that, they will use standard eye drops without preservatives for twenty four weeks.
