We are doing this study to develop and test a nurse-delivered program for women who are experiencing premature and early menopause after cancer. The study's program includes personalized menopause health education and skills training to help manage menopause symptoms.
We are doing this study to compare 2 different approaches for patients who have surgery to remove non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We want to see if giving patients an immunotherapy drug called durvalumab (the study drug) after surgery has different outcomes than the usual approach, which is to closely monitor a patient's condition for any changes.
We are doing this study to find out if images taken of the eye using a special type of camera placed inside a surgical microscope, called Microscope Integrated Optical Coherence Tomography (MIOCT), will give us new information during surgery that will improve both how we perform eye surgery and the results of surgery.
We are using this registry to learn more about acute aortic dissection from hospitals across the country.
We are doing this study to learn more about prostate cancer and whether certain treatments are related with different outcomes and patient experiences.
This study has 3 parts: 1. Screening - Lasts up to 28 days. You'll get heart tests, scans, and blood and urine tests. 2. Treatment - You'll be randomly picked to get either a new medicine (iza-bren) or a cancer medicine your doctor chooses. You'll visit the clinic 2-3 times every few weeks. 3. Follow-up - After treatment ends, you'll have: - A safety check 30 days later - Regular checkups every 12 weeks - More tests like scans and heart checks
You will be in this study for about 122 weeks. The study has three parts called Screening, Treatment, and Follow up. During screening, which can last up to six weeks, doctors will do tests to see if you can join. If you qualify, you will be placed by chance into one of two groups. One group will get a study drug called anifrolumab, and the other will get a placebo, which looks like the medicine but has no active drug. You will also keep taking your regular medicines for polymyositis or dermatomyositis. You must stay on the same dose of your regular medicines for at least the first eight weeks of the study.
