This is an observational study that collects health information and samples from children, teens, and young adults with certain cancers or tumors. Participants may join one of two projects that include reviewing medical records and collecting samples such as blood, tissue, saliva, urine, or other body fluids to help researchers learn more about these diseases.

This study places pregnant women into one of two groups by chance. One group receives antibiotics when labor is started, including cefazolin through a vein and a one time dose of azithromycin. The other group receives placebo treatments that look the same but do not contain medicine. After delivery, researchers will follow up with participants during their postpartum visit or by phone or email to collect information about their health and recovery. The goal is to learn whether giving these antibiotics during labor can improve outcomes for mothers and babies.

If you join this study, you will be randomly placed into one of two groups. One group will get the study medicine called efgartigimod, and the other group will get a placebo, which is a fake medicine. Both are given through a tube in your vein, called an IV. You will get the medicine or placebo for the first 4 weeks. After that, depending on your platelet count, you will keep getting it every week or every other week for 20 more weeks. After 24 weeks, you may be able to join the next part of the study, where everyone gets the real medicine for up to 52 weeks. If the medicine does not work well enough after 12 weeks, you might be able to switch to the real medicine earlier.

We are doing this study to determine the safety and effectiveness of an experimental medical device called the GORE Ascending Stent Graft (ASG Device) for the treatment of aortic diseases.

This study is comparing two chemotherapy treatment plans for children and young adults with newly diagnosed intermediate risk rhabdomyosarcoma. Researchers want to learn whether a higher dose treatment given over a shorter time works as well as or better than a lower dose treatment with additional maintenance therapy given over a longer time, along with standard surgery and radiation.
