We are doing this study to compare 2 different surgical options for the prevention of ovarian cancer. We want to know which option is likely to produce the best outcomes for women who have genetic mutations that put them at high risk for developing ovarian cancer.

We are doing this study to get a better understanding of why people are at higher risk of developing arthritis after ACL reconstruction surgery. We hope the information from this study can help improve recovery techniques and lower the risk of developing knee arthritis for people who have ACL surgery. We are doing this study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a drug called isatuximab when it is used in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone at lower doses. We want to know if this low dose combination can help patients with multiple myeloma achieve a better response while causing fewer or less severe side effects.
