We are doing this study to find out if an experimental drug called birtamimab (the study drug) is a safe and effective treatment for amyloidosis. We want to find the most appropriate dose and schedule to give patients the study drug.
We are doing this study to measure quality of life and compare signs such as tiredness, feeling of unease, discomfort in the stomach, and pain in patients who have been treated with either PLA or HIGRT for liver cancer.

We are doing this study to get a better understanding of how exercise affects the motion and mechanics of the shoulder joint in people who have shoulder instability and are planning to have shoulder surgery. We hope the information we gain from this study can improve treatment methods for injuries like shoulder dislocations or rotator cuff tears.
We are doing this study to find out how safe and effective it is to give people with recurrent glioblastoma two infusions of an experimental drug called lerapolturev (the study drug) in residual disease (within tumor margins) after surgery. After these two doses, we will give further doses of the study drug as injections in the subcutaneous area (under the skin) around the lymph nodes of the head and neck. We also want to know how well the study drug works compared to lomustine, which is a standard form of chemotherapy (drug used to kill cancer cells).
