Purpose of this Study
We are doing this study to find out if an inspiratory muscle training (IMT) program is beneficial for people with LOPD. We want to know if IMT can help reduce the effects of weakness in breathing muscles and improve the quality of life for people with LOPD.
Who Can Participate?
Eligibility
Adults ages 18+ who:
- Are diagnosed with LOPD
- Have access to a computer or tablet, a smartphone, and a reliable internet connection

What is Involved?
Description
If you choose to join this study, you will:
- Use a device called PrO2 to complete your IMT program
- Do exercises according to your IMT program 3 times per week
