Clinical Trials Directory

589 clinical trials found.

Everyone who joins this study will take a medicine called ribociclib by mouth once a day for 21 days, then have a 7-day break. This makes a 28-day cycle. They will also take hormone therapy (endocrine therapy) every day. This treatment will last for about 3 years (around 39 cycles). After finishing treatment or stopping early, patients will have a visit called End of Treatment and then a safety check 30 days later. After that, doctors will keep track of their health and survival for a long time—up to 4 years after the last person starts treatment.

People in this study will be placed into two groups. One group will take three medicines, and the other group will take two medicines and a fake pill. All pills are taken by mouth. At first, visits happen every week, then every month. Some visits may take a long time. The study has different parts and can last up to 5 years, depending on how well the treatment works.

Surgery and Rehabilitation

If you join this study, your care will be similar to the usual treatment for an abdominal aortic aneurysm. You will still receive the scans, visits, and treatments you need. The main difference is that your treatment plan will be decided by chance. Some people may have surgery earlier, depending on their group. You will also be asked to fill out questionnaires and allow the study team to collect information from your medical records or Medicare. Taking part in the study will last about five years and will include one or two in person visits and a few follow up contacts by phone or video.
