Purpose of this Study

No Treatment. Patients who agree to participate in this study will be enrolled in the TxAccess software platform Participants will fill out questionnaires and have additional blood tests.

Description

The purpose of this study is to learn about challenges in transplant care and determine if the use of TxAccess and the AlloSure test can reduce DGF and improve transplant outcomes.
