What is Involved?
If you choose to join this study, you will get a random assignment (like a coin flip) to either:

The study's exercise group; OR

The study's waitlist control group

If you are assigned to the exercise group, you will take part in a 12-week online strength training program. These group exercise classes will take place 2 times per week for 45 minutes per session.
If you are assigned to the control group, you will not be enrolled in the exercise program and will continue your same daily routine. After 12 weeks of continuing your daily routine, you will have the option of joining the exercise group if you want.
Before and after your assignment to the exercise group or control group, you will:

Visit our clinic for strength and physical function tests

Have blood draws

Answer questionnaires

Wear a physical activity tracker
