Purpose of this Study

We are doing this study to help connect people with type 1 diabetes to research studies they may be eligible to join as participants.

Who Can Participate?

Eligibility

Adults ages 18+ who are diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. For more information about this study, please contact the study team at act-at-duke@duke.edu or 919-668-1935.You can also fill out the survey linked above.

What is Involved?

Description

This study is a registry (list of contact information) for individuals with Type 1 Diabetes who are interested in being connected with T1-related research. If you choose to join the study, you will:
  • Enter your contact information
  • Complete a questionnaire about your diabetes history
This information is stored securely and people are only contacted if there is a study running that they may be eligible to join. Anyone in the registry may get an email update about current news and research in the T1D community (these updates will not occur more than twice a year).
