Purpose of this Study
We are doing this to learn more about the safety and performance of the Abbott annuloplasty rings in treating heart valve disease.

Eligibility
Adults with heart valve disease who plan to be treated with an Abbott heart valve device.

What is Involved?
If you choose to join this study, we will collect information related to your heart surgery from your medical records and phone calls with you. This information will be collected before your surgery and for up to 5 years.
