Purpose of this Study
We are doing this study to look at blood, tumor, and lymph node tissue from people with melanoma so we can improve diagnostic methods and therapies for people with melanoma.

Eligibility
Adults with melanoma having surgery, biopsy, or treatment.
What is Involved?
Description
If you choose to join this study, you will:
- Have a biopsy of your melanoma taken
- Have a tissue sample of your lymph node(s) taken
- Have a blood sample taken up to 3 times a month
