Purpose of this Study
We are doing this study is to understand how TPE (therapeutic plasma exchange) can help to decrease blood-clotting risk in patients.

- Receiving unfractionated heparin (UFH) or low molecular weight heparin (LMWH).
- Receiving unfractionated heparin (UFH) or low molecular weight heparin (LMWH).
