Purpose of this Study
We are doing this study to find out if the Vanquish Water Ablation System (VAPOR), which uses small amounts of steam to destroy cancer cells, is a safe and effective method for treating intermediate-risk prostate cancer.

Eligibility
Adults ages 50+ who are diagnosed with intermediate-risk prostate cancer.

What is Involved?
If you choose to join this study, you will go through a screening period to make sure you are eligible to take part. If you meet the study's criteria, you will have the procedure done under general anesthesia. A device is inserted into the urethra and advanced to the prostate. A small needle-shaped catheter is then deployed from the device and moved to the cancerous tissue. The physician then delivers steam for 10 seconds as a measure to destroy the cancer cells. We will keep in touch with you for five years following this procedure.
