We are doing this study to find out if an experimental drug called INBRX-109 (the study drug) is a safe and effective option for people with unresectable or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma.
If you choose to join this study, you will get a random assignment to 1 of 2 groups:
- One group will the study drug
- The other group will get a placebo (inactive substance that has no drug in it)
In addition to the study drug or placebo, you will also take either a drug called envafolimab or a combination of envafolimab and doxorubicin. Whether or not you take envafolimab alone or in combination with doxorubicin will depend on when you join the study.
We are doing this study to find out how an experimental vaccine (pING-hHER3FL) works in your body and against your cancer.

We are doing this study to find out whether it is possible to use genetic information from your tumor sample in order to test if your tumor will be sensitive to oxaliplatin (the standard of care treatment for your disease).
