Summary
The MARBLE study tested CN-105, an experimental anti-inflammatory drug, in older adults undergoing major surgery. CN-105 was generally safe and linked to fewer postoperative medical events, but the study couldn't confirm a reduction in delirium. A larger trial is needed.
