Purpose of this Study
This is an observational study and will only be a one-time saliva sample and a completion of a questionnaire.

Eligibility
Any lupus patient at Duke who had a renal biopsy obtained for evaluation of lupus nephritis, whose biopsy was taken prior to the age of 18 and between 1/1/2010 and 12/31/2025.

What is Involved?
Description
The purpose of the study is to learn more about childhood onset of lupus. A one-time saliva sample and patient questionnaire will be collected.
