Purpose of this Study
We are doing this study to test a needs assessment system that is designed to help care providers in the intensive care unit (ICU) support and connect better with the family members of patients who are in the ICU. We want to improve upon the support we are able to give family members when a loved one is hospitalized in the ICU.
Who Can Participate?
Eligibility
Family members of adult ICU patients who have been on life support for at least 2 days.

What is Involved?
Description
If you choose to join this study, you will be able to participate using an application on your computer, phone, or other mobile device. We will send you surveys to fill out for 1 week while your family member is still in the hospital. We will then send follow-up surveys 1 and 3 months later.
Compensation is provided for your time.
